Documents to Submit

Congratulations on completing your CalFresh application! You will be contacted by a county representative for an interview to confirm the information on your application. The call may come from a blocked number on the day of the scheduled appointment so PLEASE answer all calls that day to avoid missing your appointment. 

To prepare for the interview, we ask that you gather the required documents to submit during your interview. The county worker will prompt you on how to upload all the documents during the interview, and you will have a chance to submit any documents within 30 days after your interview.

Submit documents

If you are missing any documents during your interview, don't worry, you will have 30 days after your initial interview to submit those documents to get your CalFresh benefits. There are a few ways you could submit those documents.

Online

In person

If your documents are due in a few days, we recommend you visit your local county's office in person and bring those documents. For Yolo County resident, you can visit any of the Yolo County Health & Human Services Agency below to submit your documents.
