Aggie Eats Food Truck Lead

Hello! I’m Katie Ling, a fourth-year Biotechnology major with a strong interest in pharmaceutical sciences. I’ve been a lead on the Aggie Eats team for the past two years, and it has been an amazing opportunity to both support the community and find a sense of belonging myself. I love my team and the work that I do.

Outside of work, I conduct research in the Shabek Lab, where I study protein regulation and gain hands-on experience with techniques such as protein expression and purification. I’m involved in campus organizations focused on leadership and healthcare.
