Lorena Alvarez Flores

My name is Lorena Alvarez, a student pursuing a degree in Political Science–Public Service with an emphasis in Pre-Law and a developing double major in Spanish. As a first-generation Latinx student, my commitment to advocacy, community engagement, and public service is central to both my academic and professional pursuits. In my current role as Center Lead Coordinator at the Aggie Compass Basic Needs Center, I help support diverse student communities through direct service to help combat basic needs insecurity.
