Bio
Cam is a student affairs practitioner committed to implementing policies that empower students to be change agents. A student centered advocate, they are passionate about supporting students as the experts in their own experiences, using trauma informed and identity based approaches. As a queer and transgender professional, Cam is constantly examining and identifying ways to make university life a more equitable environment for students, staff, and faculty. Cam earned their bachelors degree from the University of San Diego in history and sociology, their master’s degree from Bowling Green State University in college student personnel, and they are a current doctoral student at UC Davis in the CANDEL Educational Leadership program.
