Chelsea Harris is the Rapid Rehousing Case Manager at Aggie Compass. She has worked in various areas of the social work field, including community mental health, transitional housing, working with foster youth, seniors, and folks experiencing homelessness. Her professional background consists largely of case management roles, both housing and mental health focused. Chelsea has an associate degree in social science with a focus in human services and a bachelor's degree in social work from Sacramento State University. Chelsea’s lived experience has led her to pursue a career in the social work field and she is passionate about supporting folks in getting access to their basic needs. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys live music and cooking.
