Robb is a public health professional with over thirty years of experience in child health and nutrition programs, primarily in West Africa and India.  He has worked for the past decade in policy and programming for individuals living without permanent housing.  Robb was the Mayor of Davis, focusing on police oversight, sustainable energy acquisition, and housing.  He has an MPH and a Ph.D. from the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University.  He is an avid bicyclist and runner and loves science fiction.
