I’ve been chef since 2015 and have 19yrs experience in the food industry. My life experience with growing up as a first-generation immigrant in poverty and dealing with food insecurity is what drives me to push myself hard every day, and it is what gave me my passion for food. I am a single parent that enjoys taking my daughter to experience new places and things, I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures and their ritual with holistic/plant medicine, I prefer cooking over an open flame instead of a stove and my favorite thing to cook is Mexican food and BBQ.
